Shipyard and Owner Representation
Viva Marine provides shipyard and owner representation services. We protect our client’s interests and provide experienced superintendents and ex-chief engineers who can supervise various ship repairs and work in consultation with Class societies & local authorities for successful project completion.
Aside from ship repairs, the shipyard owner representation team will also assist drydocking, overhaul, and complete surveys with the in-house team to ensure smooth operations. With a 24/7 response rate and timely decision-making, we at Viva Marine ensure our customer meet their requirement.
Spare Parts Supply
Viva Marine also specialises in sourcing spare parts for Main and Aux engines. We offer it all, from pumps and waterjets to N2 generators as well as ballast water treatment systems. Repair Services
Onshore or offshore, our customers can benefit from Viva Marine’s repair services from workshop facilities available in the UK, Turkey, and Dubai. Our team’s civil engineering services are extensive and effective. Our ship repair services include:
- Steel fabrication and welding. Everything is managed in-house and at our facilities, from pipe to collision repair welding.
- New build fabrication and installation of steel superstructures.
- Repairs and improvements with basic deck fixtures.
- Engine overhaul includes inspection, disassembly, visual, structural, dimensional inspection, HPS, VRC, FIVA/Proportional valves Overhaul.
- Governor & Turbocharger overhaul onboard or at our facility in UK, Turkey & Dubai.
- Overhauling of Nitrogen generators, TDI starters, etc., at UK Workshop.
BWTS Spare Parts
Viva Marine has a specialised maker’s authorised team based in Korea for BWTS retrofit & service/repair support for SUNRUI, Headway, Panasia, Cosco, Leesgreen, NK, SK Century ballast water treatment systems. Our eco-friendly and sustainable solutions ensure:

Robotic Hydroblasting (SMART HYDROBOTICS)
Robotic hydroblasting is an innovative and eco-friendly hydroblasting solution currently available in our Dubai shipyards. We call it “Robolution.” It consists of the latest cutting-edge technology, enabling high-quality surface treatment and preparation of the ship’s hull.
